CGHS Rate List for all Treatment Procedures

With reference to the above mentioned subject the undersigned is directed to draw attention to the Office Memoranda No S- 11011/09/2019 / Addl.DDG(HQ) / CGHS dated 14.01.2020 and 03.06.2020 vide which CGHS rate list have been notified by the Government for 15 and 25 investigations and procedures respectively for treatment at CGHS empaneled Health Care Organizations (HCOs) and to state that it is now decided to notify CGHS package rates for another 21 investigations / treatment procedures as per the details given under and shall be treated as part of CGHS package Rates 2014.

  19. I have performed TYMPANOPLASTY at APOLLO Hospital for EAR Surgery to my wife on 06.10.2020, at that time the hospital was not recognised as CGHS beneficiary. I have submitted all the required bills along with CGHS permission letter to the office. Our office has refused to pay my bill at that time.
    Recently CGHS officials visited our office and I have told my problem to them, they have given me a letter , and I have submitted a letter to the office on 11.02.2022, that I can claim the bill as per CGHS tariff . Kindly intimate the amount I can get for the above treatment.
